AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Initiate engaging conversations with customers to assess and address their needs
  • Create a welcoming, positive environment to encourage new and returning customers
  • Present detailed product information, benefits, and usage clearly
  • Answer product-related questions and address concerns, fostering trust in AT&T’s products and services
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and company-wide sales goals
  • Stay informed about current product features, trends, and promotional offers
  • Participate in training sessions to boost product knowledge and refine sales skills
  • Gather and share customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience

AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation to our office location
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Receptive to coaching and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a similar role is preferred
  • Exceptional ability to connect with customers and communicate clearly
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Committed to high standards of professionalism and work ethic
  • Strong verbal communication skills
