As an Entry-Level Manager, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you develop essential skills in sales management, team leadership, and territory development. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our sales strategies, including field sales, customer relationship building, and sales team coordination. Your role will include overseeing day-to-day sales operations, driving results, and managing a small team of sales professionals to hit performance targets.

Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Sales Manager:

  • Lead and develop a small sales team by providing hands-on coaching, mentorship, and support.
  • Drive sales results by executing field sales campaigns, building relationships with customers, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate sales activities within assigned territories to ensure goals are met and market share is increased.
  • Track team performance and provide feedback to help team members improve and achieve their targets.
  • Assist with product demonstrations and customer consultations to ensure customers receive the best possible service and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on company goals and provide excellent service to our clientele.
  • Attend weekly training sessions to continuously improve your sales management skills, stay updated on product knowledge, and refine sales strategies.
  • Manage and report on key metrics such as customer acquisition, sales productivity, and team performance.
  • Provide leadership by motivating the sales team and helping to create a positive and energetic team culture.

The Entry Level Manager maintains the daily operations of the customer service and sales team. This position develops, implements, and maintains processes, procedures, and programs to improve customer service and is responsible for promoting company standards and engaging employees to drive customer loyalty and customer engagement through customer service.

  • Although experience as an events assistant isn’t required, it does help if applicants have at least one year’s worth of experience working with customers face-to-face or have done volunteer work, community projects, or something similar involving engaging in conversation with the general public.

Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • 1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience
  • Ability to cross-train and develop team members
